David Ong  graduated with a Masters in Psychology (Counseling),  Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Development and Management from Rochville University in USA.  He also holds professional Diplomas in Training and Development from Singapore Training and Development Association. He is certified as a Master Trainer in Instructional Techniques and Training Design from both Singapore RSAF and Australia RAAF. He is also the certified trainer on Whole Brain Thinking with Herrmann International.

David has more than 20 years of Managing, Developing and Training Human Capital both local and regional countries which includes China, Myanmar, Bhutan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

His vast training experiences and travels make him niche in delivering inter-personal related programs such as People Skills, EQ, Essential Communication, Effective Communication, Tactful Communication and Team Building.

David is passionate in his facilitation and thus ensures that all session is interactive, fun and enriching.

Koh Thong Joo has more than 18 years of industry experience working in MNC, statutory board, SME and Public Listed Company.   He has spearheaded various portfolios including sales & marketing, business development, strategic planning and management consultancy.   

Thong Joo holds certification in several professional training areas including the Singapore Government endorsed Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA); Certificate of Business Chinese; Certified Practitioner Of Neuro-Linguisitic Programming® (NLP); Certification as a Human Behavior Analyst (DISC Profiling); the Silva Method; and Business Coaching.  He is currently pursuing Executive Master of Science in Industrial Organisational Psychology & Human Resource Management by City University of tate>New Yorktate>.

He specializes in providing training in the area of sales management, customer service, communications, interpersonal skills, personal effectiveness and creative problem solving.  He has conducted numerous training in t="on">Singapore, t="on">Malaysia and t="on">t="on">China.
